INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP software comprises multiple software solutions in an integrated package. As it encompasses all the central resource planning needs of a service company and an organisation, clients have freedom of choice. To ensure cost efficiency, all functions are accessed via a single user interface and user administration. INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP, or parts of it, can be combined with or incorporated into other INNOFACTOR Prime –software.

Time and resource planning

INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP offers a wide range of calendar functions. The grouping and viewing of individual calendars; personnel, facilities and other resources is easy and quick. INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP provides an organisation with efficient time-planning functions for staff, facilities and other resources. If required, these functions can also be made available to customers.

Customer relationship management

INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP software features an extensive client register which facilitates the management of information about both individual customers and client organisations with multiple contact people. Customer information cards automatically show all messages sent to each customer, events in which a customer has participated, projects, documents, and billing information.

Sales and project management

INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP supports the tracking of sales via sales projects. Every time a sales transaction is completed, information from this transaction is copied to form the basis of a delivery project. Projects can be divided into phases, which can then be followed using a graphical process chart. Employees, customers, tasks, events, documents, messages, and work tasks can be linked to the project.

Centralised messaging : emails, text messages, and eLetters

Multi-channel messaging, a service incorporated within INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP, enables effective messaging in both individual cases and group mailings. Customers can be grouped as desired for different mailings. All messages sent are automatically saved as a part of each customer’s information.

Document Control

All formats of document can be stored in Document Control. The INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP Document Control solution employs extensive version control, rights control at individual and group level, privacy and confidentiality grading, and language control. Documents can be published directly on WWW pages and attached to sent messages.

Product management, invoicing and accounts receivable

INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP offers multi-level pricing for products and resources that are the subjects of invoicing. Prices are used to create both invoice items and the actual invoices. Invoices and bills can be printed or sent directly to customers using the Finnish Post Office’s eLetter system. Sales figures can be monitored via the INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP accounts receivable function or transferred to an external financial management system.

Schedule planning and recording

INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP facilitates the efficient planning of shift, hourly and project schedules. It includes functions for the correct allocation of free days, work shifts and holidays, and these can be viewed in the calendars. Events and tasks marked in calendars are used as the basis for work assignments, recorded, and then forwarded for use in salary calculation.

Distance work and mobile use

Since INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP is a browser-based design, it can easily be made available for employees to use at home, provided that information security is guaranteed. Employment of the SyncML standard means that INNOFACTOR PrimeTM ERP’s main functions can be accessed and used via a mobile phone or PDA.
