Since the actual functions of our services take place on the server machine, our users don’t need any special software to take advantage of our services. A connection to a network along with a WWW- or WAP-browser will suffice, as long as the browser complies with modern Internet standards. Our services are also available through other devices or software also, as long as they comply with standards. For example, the service can also be accessed through an XHTML-reading program meant for the blind.

Certain special features in our products and services require some common browser extensions, such as Acrobat Reader or Macromedia Flash. In addition, our services may require SSL-encryption (HTTPS), which is included in practically all browsers.

Requirements for server machines are determined separately. They depend on the nature of the application to be used and the amount of use expected. In general, an affordable server machine based on traditional PC technology will suffice.
